I have the right to deny a commission if it makes me uncomfortable, it violates any of the conditions I have listed down or it is beyond my abilities.The option of purchasing art from me for commercial use is available. But with commercial use, you must credit where the artwork was purchased and include my name, email, and where people can find me, wherever it may be visible for the public.If you have purchased my art for commercial purchases, you agree to discuss a royalty rate if my artwork is going to be sold on various products.You ARE NOT allowed to repost my work unless given permission. CREDIT MUST ALWAYS. ALWAYS. BE GIVEN.You are not allowed to claim my art as your own artwork.Wait time for commissions varies depending on what was ordered. I will let you know the approximate wait time for your commission(s) during our consultation.PAYPAL ONLY! I will give you the price, and once you agree, I will need your paypal email to send over an invoice. Once it is confirmed that you have paid, you will be marked down as “PAID” and your commission will be officially in the working stages within the time limit I have given you.
NO REFUNDS once I start sketching.I am willing to negotiate prices or work out a payment plan depending on the total amount of your invoice.If you have made the choice to do the payment plan, and something arises causing late payment, please let me know ASAP when you are able to pay. But if the payment continues to get delayed, I will unfortunately be forced to put your commission on hold until the remaining payment is received and you will not send the finished artwork. So please make sure you are able to pay on time.If 4 or more mishaps occur on your end during our time of working together, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.If you are to violate any of my rules, any requests for artwork will be declined.
